I agree to arrive to my booking with clean dry hair unless otherwise specified.

I confirm that the Salon/Hairstylist will not be liable or responsible after thorough consultation if result of the service is not as expected. *Hairstylist also agrees to deliver best outcome in their power without compromising integrity of hair.*

I understand and acknowledge that price and final results may differ/vary from quote due to Hair Texture, Thickness, Density, Application timing, Technique, ect.

I am allowing the salon and the hairstylist to apply necessary Hair Products/ Lightening Agents as part of the service in my hair treatment.

I understand that the result of these Hair Products/ Lightening Agents may vary from one person to another.

I agree that the hairstyle is final after the service.If there are any changes requested after 1 hour when the service ends, the client will be charged.

I consent the salon to take photographs of the provided service.

I consent the salon in terms of sharing the photograph to social media for marketing campaigns or testimonials.

I confirm that kids are not allowed in the work service area for safety reasons.

I understand and Acknowledge that the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

I confirm that I will follow the regimen and the suggested follow-ups of the salon and the hairstylist in maintaining my hair.

I acknowledge that the hairstylist and the employees of the salon are trained and licensed professionals and should be treated with respect for their knowledge and experience.
